How to Apply

To begin the application process please come to our office for an initial meeting with a case investigator. The case investigator will go over initial steps and necessary documents needed to get scheduled for an appointment. Walk-in hours are Mon-Fri 9am-3pm.

COVID-19 Notice

Our offices are open Monday - Friday from 9:00am-3:00pm. Standard COVID-19 screening questions will be asked.

Location

We're located at 1010 S. Walnut St., Bloomington, IN 47401.

We're on Bloomington Transit Bus Route 1 and Route 7.

You can also use the BT Access transportation service for persons with disabilities.
