After Your Interview
After you have submitted your documents, filled out an application, and completed a scheduled interview with a case investigator, the Trustee will make a decision on your case within three business days, unless we are unable to access or confirm necessary information. If that is the case, we will issue a pending decision to you and The Trustee will allow you 24 hours to provide the needed information to our office for the Trustee to determine the final decision which will be issued within 72 hours from pending date.
You will be notified by phone or email when your decision is ready and a follow up appointment will be scheduled. This information cannot be given over the phone due to confidentiality.
